Dead Drift is our medium-dark roast from Chiapas, Mexico, with caramel sweetness, notes of raisin, and a creamy finish.
Meet the women behind the coffee
We source this Ki-Saya coffee through Covoya’s Café Delas program, which works with women who own and operate coffee farms. The women receive payment directly for their coffee, along with an added premium that provides cash, equipment, or training.
The program also offers education and leadership opportunities, supporting the women’s work beyond the coffee harvest.
