ZIMBABWE FARFELL GROUND COFFEE

Malongo highlights the terroir of Chipingue and the FARFELL plantation.
The FARFELL plantation is an exceptional place nestled on ancient volcanic massifs. A forest of giant mahogany trees is nearby. Several trees have been carbon-14 dated at over 2,000 years old.
The plantation is located on a rocky peak, not far from Mozambique, a country with very little relief. Thus, FARFELL receives the rains from the Indian Ocean, thus guaranteeing it an ideal rainfall. In the past, Malongo has created very close ties with this plantation. We are therefore very happy to offer this vintage.
The coffee has been ground for preparation in filter coffee, which will bring out its beautiful aromatic palette. We suggest that you use HARIO and CHEMEX coffee makers to prepare your filtration.
