Description
100% Arabica Yellow Bourbon
Daterra Farm is one of the best-known farms in Brazil. Its owners focused early on researching coffee with regard to sustainability and its high quality. They have always felt a responsibility toward nature and their employees. Medical care and continuing education for all employees have long been a matter of course here.
Our coffee is a Yellow Bourbon. Unlike other varieties, its ripe cherries do not turn red but yellow. At 1,150 m above sea level (18°44´50,59´´ S 46°59´´69´´W), the coffee develops to perfect ripeness. Only fully ripe coffee cherries are harvested by hand, in a labor-intensive process.
