ABOUT THE COFFEE
We’ve proudly sourced every harvest of Jaltenango since 2022. It’s a customer favourite that people ask for year after year—and we’re always happy to bring it back.
This organic coffee comes from the Jaltenango district. Jaltenango is a municipality located in the Socioeconomic Region La Fraylescana, in the middle of 2 natural biospheres areas named La Sepultura and El Triunfo, home of native fauna such as parakeets, chupaflor, jilguerillo, wild pigs, jaguars and deer.
Coffee is gathered from 6 municipalities in 35 communities with varying altitudes ranging from 800 to 1,700 meters above sea level. Varietals grown by the producers vary due to the different climates and elevations of each farm.
