Description
This AA lot comes from the Gichathaini factory in Nyeri, Kenya, a washing station owned and governed by the roughly 770 active farmers of the Gikanda Farmers Cooperative Society. Cherries are depulped the day they arrive, fermented overnight, and washed in fresh Ragati River water, which is then recirculated and filtered away from the river to protect the source that makes this region ideal for coffee.
