Description
La Primavera is a second-generation coffee farm in Bruselas, Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, located at 1,650 meters with 17 hectares dedicated to coffee and 8 hectares preserved as natural reserve. Producer José Oliver Galindez combines his family’s coffee traditions with his background in agricultural engineering, focusing on specialty varieties, innovative processing, and more sustainable farming practices. This Caturra lot undergoes a 100-hour anaerobic fermentation before being dried for approximately 25 days, resulting in a fruit-forward cup with notes of plum, sugar cane, and strawberry.
