An international, renowned jury tastes and evaluates the coffees and espressos according to internationally recognized criteria. This guarantees that only the best coffees receive an award.
Our Black Forest blend of 80% Coffea Arabica from Brazil and 20% Coffea Canephora from India. Dark roasted. This is how the Black Forest tastes.
Creamy. Chocolatey. Black Forest.
The blend is pleasantly bold and balanced, making it suitable for many brewing methods. Delicious as an espresso, but also in a filter brew, with a very pleasant sensory profile. Typical notes of cocoa, dark caramel, maple syrup, dried fruit, almonds, chestnuts, and nougat.
