Description
Take a trip to the darker side with this remarkably sweet and balanced coffee from Honduras! Reminiscent of the first cup of coffee you had, without the bitter reality that it was likely over-roasted, our Honduras Santa Rosa pays homage to the "elder generation" of coffee roasting.
Roasted to the start of second crack, this coffee is the darkest roast in our lineup while not sacrificing full flavor and sweetness. It performs especially well in batch drip machines, fill-yourself keurig pods, and a good ole french press. You'd be surprised what a little extra time in the roaster can do to a bean!
What We Taste: Sweet chocolaty aroma, remarkably balanced and full bodied, chocolate, caramel, resinous, sweet earthy finish.

Altitude: 900-1200 masl
Roast Level: 4.5 (Scale of 1 being lightest to 5 being darkest)
