The bond between SoZo Coffee co-founder Rodney Hensley and coffee farmer Herlindo Reynoso transcends mere business, enhancing the quality of La Colina's coffee through innovative, on-site processing methods.

This relationship flourished until Herlindo’s peaceful passing from cancer, and the farm’s uncertain future amid the global pandemic. Luckily Herlindo’s son Alejandro stepped away from his own job in the city to continue growing coffee and maintain the relationship built with Rodney over the years.
