Gerico Vesai Fuentes Juárez grows this Bourbon coffee at La Bendición in San Cristóbal Cucho, San Marcos, where the farm benefits from volcanic soils and favorable growing conditions.
After harvest, the coffee goes through a washed process that includes 48 hours of fermentation. We roast it medium to highlight the sweetness and fruit notes we enjoy in this lot.
