Description
Freshly Grilled Coffee Mexico Finca la Qantanilla Burbon
Finca at Qantanilla is grown by small producers located in the Jaltenango and Villacorzo Chiapas regions of Mexico. These small producers hand-pulp their coffee and ferment it in small tanks before drying it during the January-April harvest. Several microclimates with high humidity give the coffee in this region a good acidity and a beautiful body. The areas between 1,100 and 1,500 meters are rich in volcanic soil and have a good combination of sunlight, temperature and perfect rainfall that provide the essential components for growing a very good quality coffee. Some say that here is the best coffee in Mexico, and famous farms like Liquidambar, Prussia and Custepeces have played an important role in the history of coffee in this country.
Cupping notes: light acidity with hints of citrus, chocolate and caramel.
The special variety of these beans - Burbon Tekisic - will be appreciated by any coffee enthusiast.
