Description
Rakete – The Fortuna Ehrenfeld Espresso, exclusively from Heilandt Kaffee.
A balanced and sweet espresso with that certain "something"! Lots of fruit, wonderfully sweet, and fantastic with milk.
The recipe combines Ethiopia with South and Central America. The Ethiopian Bookkisa from Sookoo Coffee harmonizes with Mexican coffee from Red Beetle Coffee Lab and beans from our partner OCAFI in Brazil.
This blend has a delicious fruity note from the berry-like tones of the natural-processed Ethiopian coffee. Combined with the classic chocolatey aromas of the Mexican and Brazilian beans, it creates a very balanced flavor of dark blackberry, tangy red currant, and dark chocolate.
