Description

This is our EA Decaf from Altura Veracruz—grown high in the mountains of Mexico and decaffeinated using the natural Sugarcane Ethyl Acetate (EA) method to preserve sweetness, aromatics, and clarity in the cup.

Here’s the part we’re proud of: Nick, our Head Roaster, built two distinct roast profiles for this coffee—because decaf deserves the same care (and precision) as any of our most-loved releases.

Choose your brew style:

Filter Roast — bright + juicy

Nick pushed clarity and lift here, keeping the cup vibrant and sweet.
Tasting Notes: Brown Sugar · Clementine · Milk Chocolate (Chocolate Chip Cookie)

Omni Roast — comfy + versatile

Designed for espresso or filter, this profile leans rounder and cozier with more depth.
Tasting Notes: Brown Sugar · Roasted Nuts · Milk Chocolate

Whether it’s slow evenings, late-night reading sessions, or just wanting great flavour without the caffeine—this is decaf you’ll actually crave.
