Epoch 6 is the backbone of Epoch Chemistry — the balanced, everyday coffee that feels like coming home.
Epoch 6 Filter Roast version brings a touch more brightness and nuance to your cup. We roast it with a wider variation from the inside to outside of the bean, creating depth, clarity, and a gentle lift to its sweetness.
This blend of Colombian Popayán Reserve and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe delivers milk chocolate, roasted nuts, and hints of citrus — a familiar flavour that evolves beautifully with the seasons.
We’ve moved toward a seasonally adaptive roasting approach, meaning we fine-tune each batch to preserve that same balanced, comforting profile no matter the harvest.
