DECAF – Decaffeinated with sugarcane
No caffeine, but full of flavor. This is made possible by sugarcane decaffeination—a natural process in which ethyl acetate from fermented sugarcane gently removes the caffeine without affecting the bean’s aromas. The result: a coffee that’s almost indistinguishable from its caffeinated counterpart, with a pleasant, natural sweetness.
The process takes place right in Colombia, close to the growing regions—resource-efficient and sustainable. The beans come from the Santander Women Association, a group of 74 farms run exclusively by women.
