EL SALVADOR Natural – The finca is owned by Rafael Gerardo Silva who has dedicated his life to coffee, building a deep connection to the work and a long-term vision of stewardship.  His finca El Ángel is on the Santa Ana volcano slopes, overlooking Santa Ana city and Lake Coatepeque.  Its climate is warmer and drier than many surrounding regions, with significant temperature shifts throughout the day. Combined with mineral-rich volcanic soils, these conditions contribute to a cup profile with exceptional clarity and character.
