Description
Located by the magical mountains of São Thomé, the municipality of Três Corações sits at an elevation of about 1,000 meters. Andrea and Marcos, a married couple, run Fazenda Do Lobo there in the fourth generation. The farm takes its name from the wolves found on its land. The Lobo-Guará is a beautiful yet endangered species. We describe the coffee we source from there as a sweet, low-acidity cup with a velvety mouthfeel and a full, chocolatey body.
