Description
Located among the magical mountains of São Thomé, the community of Três Corações sits at an elevation of about 1,000 meters. There, Andrea and Marcos run Fazenda Do Lobo, now in its fourth generation. The farm takes its name from the wolves that live on its land. The Lobo-Guará is a beautiful but endangered species. We describe the coffee we source from there as a sweet, low-acidity cup with a velvety mouthfeel and a full chocolate body.
