La Laguna is located in the hills of Los Santos and offers a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean.
The family has owned this 2-hectare plantation for a long time. Hellen and her family planted coffee on this land about 10 years ago, and it is located at an altitude of 1,700 meters.
Natural coffees have always been their priority, and they were among the pioneers in pushing the boundaries of natural coffees in Costa Rica, enabling them to produce some of our favorite coffees every year.
This lot is anaerobically fermented in sealed tanks for 48 to 60 hours before being transferred to raised beds to dry for at least 25 days, giving it an intense, rich, and complex cup.
