Produced by siblings Alexander and Magali Delgado at Cerro San Luis Micromill in Costa Rica's West Valley, this limited microlot showcases the SL-28 varietal through the micromill's signature White Honey process: a meticulous, hands-on method that's part of what makes this lot so distinct.

Delicate florals and vanilla open the cup, giving way to juicy lychee, ripe pear, and tropical mango, with a bright lift of lemongrass and lime zest running through a creamy body. Each layer stays distinct, yet nothing feels disconnected — the kind of cup that rewards a second sip, then a third.
