Description
This coffee comes from various smallholder farmers in Corquin, in the Copán region of Honduras. After export, this coffee was decaffeinated using H₂O. The H₂O process is a particularly gentle decaffeination method that uses only water. This preserves the original flavor profile as much as possible—without any chemical solvents. As a result, the typical off-taste of decaf is barely noticeable. Balanced, sweet, and drinkable around the clock!
