Café du Brésil – Région Sul de Minas en grain

This coffee comes from the Sul de Minas region, one of Brazil’s most renowned growing areas for the quality and consistency of its high-altitude coffees. Grown at around 1,300 meters, it benefits from a temperate climate and soils that encourage slow maturation, bringing aromatic richness and balance to the cup.

It comes from the Caracoli – Bourbon Amarelo variety, a rare botanical trait: each cherry contains just one bean instead of the usual two. This characteristic allows for a greater concentration of sugars and aromas, resulting in coffees that are more intense, rounded, and expressive.

Processed using the washed method, this coffee produces a clean, clear cup while retaining plenty of body. Its flavor profile is decidedly full-bodied, led by deep, defining dark chocolate. Notes of caramel and almond emerge in the background, adding sweetness and elegance.
