BRAZIL NATURAL 17/18 OBERON

Brazil is the world’s largest producer of coffee, and until recently, was favored mostly for it’s blending qualities. We roast our Brazil light to bring out a bit of nutty sweetness, as well as a bit darker (After Dinner) for caramel notes. Medium-light body & crisp acidity make for a satisfying cup of coffee.

Brazil is the world’s largest producer of coffee, and until recently, was favored mostly for it’s blending qualities. This ‘After Dinner’ roast is a bit darker than our Don’s Brazil for developing subtle caramel notes. Medium-light body & crisp acidity make for a satisfying cup of coffee.
