Bold Black Coffee

A robusta-forward dark roast, built to hold its flavor when it meets milk.

Robusta gives the blend a fuller body and a heavier mouthfeel than arabica does on its own. It is naturally processed, so the cherries dry whole before the seed is removed, and roasted dark, which builds roasty depth and keeps acidity low.

Dark chocolate and pure cacao lead, with dark caramel underneath. Roasted for espresso and sold in a 1 kg bag.
