Another great coffee from the producer @alejocastro Volcan Azul. I am totally blast away over this coffee. It kind a reminds of a Brazilian coffee, but then again. The dryness appear - and yet, so smooth like drinking a Sneakers chocolate bar.
It is the first harvest from this lot. The bourbon variety is known as orange bourbon and when you chew the cherries they are so sweet and balanced.
The warm anaerobe process highlight its sweetness without being too overwhelming. as is perfect for Espresso and drip coffee
