About our Adantino blend

These stories often begin about experiences in foreign countries and unbelievable places. The journey of discovery on the way to a new type of coffee is one such path. It leads to distant countries with exotic vegetation, the exploration of fine fruits and their use or processing.

The coffee bean or the coffee beans that lead to an extra, fine coffee blend are usually always compositions. A mixture of selected provinces, the coffee varieties Arabica and Robusta and their different countries of origin. Getting a good coffee starts with the selection of the plantations, the quality of the raw materials and of course the care on site. Sustainability is not just a buzzword here, but an essential part of the continued existence of the plantations.

The selection for the "Adantino" is sourced from the same plantations that are almost exclusively organic. The "Adantino" is not completely organic, therefore not certified, but the quality is at the same high level. Depending on the taste, the roast master develops the individual components and combines the flavors of the basic characters such as tart, sweet, rich and the expression of the nuances chocolatey, nutty, lemony, etc. into a desired final composition.

After the selection has been made, different percentages are mixed, roasted on a test roaster and traditionally brewed for tasting. The brewed product is skimmed off with a spoon above the brew in the cup and tasted black. If the coffee composition is then chosen as the end product after many mix designs, you can count yourself lucky to have witnessed this development process up close. Try our "ADANTINO" and taste a little of the adventure of the coffee world.
