Santa’s Secret – Our Christmas Espresso
A little Christmas secret from our reserve of rare coffees: For this special espresso, roast master Jochen Ludat has brought together two distinctive coffees from India. A bold Arabica of the Kent variety and an expressive Canephora of the SLN274 variety.
At the heart of this coffee is the intense aroma of dark chocolate, accompanied by delicate notes of walnut, roasted almond, and chestnut. A hint of dried plum lends the espresso a subtle fruity nuance. The Canephora adds a powerful body and full-bodied character.
An intense Christmas treat with plenty of depth, making the coziest time of year even more special.
