We’re kicking off spring with something clean and delicious—at least, that’s one way we could describe this coffee. It’s not loud, but it’s simply delicious and a truly fantastic example of the honey processing method.
We’re really excited about this coffee. We only started adding Rwanda as an origin to our lineup last year, and we’re glad to present you with such a unique coffee in our second year. Honey-processed coffees can often go in one direction or the other: they can be as clean as a washed coffee or as loud as a natural. In this case, it’s like a category all its own: the coffee is clean and nuanced like a washed coffee, yet beautifully fruity like a natural, without any fermented notes. The sweetness is also worth seeing as a flavor note in its own right, with its strong honey notes.
