Discover the naturally sweet and vibrant character of Red Honey, a small-batch specialty coffee from Soul Coffee’s Reserve Collection. Grown in the misty highlands of Kotmale, Sri Lanka, at an elevation of over 1,190 metres, this coffee is produced by the Soul Estate Collective using carefully selected Arabica S9 and Lakparakum varietals.
Processed using the Red Honey method, the coffee develops a smooth, balanced profile with distinctive notes of dried tropical fruits, white chocolate, and honey. Its natural sweetness and rich body make it an excellent choice for both espresso and milk-based beverages.
