Parainema Reunión is back, bringing together three distinct expressions of Rosalio Ventura’s Parainema harvest from Finca Elizabeth in Honduras. Washed processing delivers clarity and crispness. Dry process adds viscosity, vibrancy, and deep sweetness. Honey carbonic maceration turns up the complexity with vivid, fruit driven intensity.
Blended together, these individual tracks become something bigger: a lush symphony of tropical fruit, creamy chocolate, and a long, nectar like finish. This single origin blend explores just how expansive one cultivar can become through thoughtful processing and careful composition.
