El Dorado is also the name of a nature reserve in Colombia known for birding, making it a fitting name for a coffee connected to Caffe Ibis’ ongoing commitment to habitat-conscious sourcing.
This is still the same bold Colombian dark roast customers know and love, now with an updated name and tasting notes that better reflect the cup. Colombia El Dorado presents the fragrant, slightly floral quality of Pipe Tobacco, bright Grapefruit acidity, and a fudgy Brownie aftertaste.
