On Season is our everyday espresso blend, built around fresh seasonal harvests while keeping a familiar character in the cup. Smooth, sweet, and balanced, it's a coffee designed to be enjoyed every day, whether you're drinking it black or with milk.

Each season, we bring together coffees that complement one another, creating a blend with chocolate sweetness, generous body, and a bright, rounded finish. The components may change, but the coffee you know and enjoy remains at the heart of On Season.

Behind the blend

This season, On Season brings together three coffees from Brazil, Colombia, and Nicaragua, each contributing something different to the finished cup.

Uyara, Brazil
Sourced through Southland Merchants, Uyara brings together naturally processed coffees from Cerrado and Mantiqueira de Minas. Selected for their sweetness and consistency, these coffees provide a smooth, chocolatey foundation and generous body.

Divino Niño, Colombia
A washed coffee from more than 50 farming families in Suaza, Huila, sourced through Osito. The community has worked closely with Osito for several years, with a shared focus on improving quality and supporting producers. This coffee brings sweetness and balance to the blend.

La Estrella, Nicaragua
Sourced through Caravela, La Estrella brings together washed coffees from producers across Nueva Segovia. The coffee is carefully dried on shaded raised beds, with a focus on quality and consistency. It adds another layer of character and structure to On Season.

While the components evolve with each harvest, our approach stays the same. We choose coffees that work well together, balancing flavour, quality, and meaningful producer relationships. It's the coffee you'll happily drink every day, with a story that changes throughout the seasons.
