Decaf is becoming increasingly popular in our lineup. Our decaf from Peru or Honduras tends to be more chocolatey and less acidic. That’s why we wanted a fruity decaf, as did our colleagues at Roasters United. So this year, for the first time, we sent a batch of our popular organic Ethiopia Taramesa to Bremen to offer you another decaffeinated coffee!

We’re offering this coffee initially only in a 250 g bag, and it’s limited to 5 sacks of green coffee. We’re looking forward to your feedback!

After importing the coffee together with our colleagues at “Roasters United,” the green coffee was decaffeinated in Bremen using the gentle CO2 method. This leaves no more than 0.08% caffeine in the green coffee, and of course the beans retain their organic certification. We’re excited to bring you excellent quality with this fresh decaf.

In terms of flavor, the DECAF Ethiopia is pleasantly fruity, with notes of mango, caramel, strawberry, and chocolate. It has somewhat more pronounced acidity, and you can enjoy it as espresso or filter coffee.
