Originating in the highlands of the Sidamo region, this lot is grown in the Nensebo area at an altitude of over 2,000 meters above sea level.
The fertile, well-drained red soil, together with a cool microclimate characterized by a mix of sunshine and natural shade, supports the optimal growth of this coffee.
The coffee is processed using the washed method. After only the ripe cherries are hand-picked, the coffee is depulped and fermented for 24 hours. It is dried in the sun on raised
beds, where shade nets protect the beans from the most intense sunlight, ensuring consistent temperature control.
