In tazza si nota una crema di un nocciola scuro-testa di moro; al naso si percepiscono note di legno e cacao. In bocca il caffè esalta molto la corposità e l’amarezza, contrastate da una piacevole dolcezza, con retrogusto di agrumi. Appena accennata l’acidità.
