Description
Luminous is back for winter. It captures the best parts of the season, from the crisp air outside to the warmth of a glowing fire inside.
This year's blend brings together a washed Guatemalan lot from the women producers of Primavera Sisterhood, a fruity natural Sidama from Ethiopia and a natural Brazil from Cerrado Mineiro, for notes of sugarplum, wine and cinnamon roll, with a smooth, comforting sweetness.
A pourover, drip pot or any filter method keeps the brighter notes clear. For a richer, dessert-like cup, try a French press or cold brew. Luminous is perfect for sharing at the holidays, and it sticks around until the chilly season starts to fade.
