W filiżance dominują soczysta czerwona porzeczka i czarna herbata. Profil jest intensywnie owocowy, gęsty i niemal syropowy, z wyraźną słodyczą oraz długim, herbacianym finiszem. To espresso, które bardziej przypomina skoncentrowany owocowy napar niż klasyczną filiżankę kawy.
Za taki charakter odpowiada kenijskie terroir oraz precyzyjna obróbka metodą washed.
