Description
Kapeu comes from smallholder producers in San Juan Alotenango, in the southern part of Guatemala’s Antigua region. Grown on the slopes of the Fuego, Acatenango and Agua volcanoes, this coffee is processed at the Bella Vista mill by Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora and his team.
Around 700 smallholders deliver coffee cherries to the mill each harvest, through both direct relationships and local intermediaries who help connect producers with the mill.
