Origin
This coffee comes from the Indonesian island of Sulawesi (more precisely, Celebes), where it has been grown in iron-rich soils for more than 300 years. In the Kalossi region, it grows at an elevation of 1,000 to 1,200 m and is also cultivated by smallholder farmers.
Character (bold)
It has a dense texture and is very aromatic. Warm spice notes and an especially velvety mouthfeel set it apart. A fascinating coffee.
