Monsoon coffee is an Indian specialty with its origins in seafaring: Ships once took months to travel from India to Europe. Monsoon rains and warm winds influenced the beans’ flavor along the way. The effect of “monsooning” is the same: velvety-smooth coffee with a full flavor. Velvety smooth, gently roasted, and especially low in acidity.
