Description
José Ignacio Gómez took over Finca el Paraíso from his father Pastor Ezequiel Gómez. The 6.5 hectare farm is located near Buesaco in Nariño, a region known for generations of producers, who grow some of Colombia’s standout coffees. José cultivates Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties, alongside oranges, lemons, and avocados. His hands-on, detail-driven approach combines years of experience with a desire to experiment, an inherited passion, and a commitment to continual improvement.
