The Ethiopia Fire Finch natural from FLYING ROASTERS is a fruit-forward coffee with intense sweetness and a silky mouthfeel. Notes of wild strawberries, mango, passion fruit, and cocoa come through in the cup. As an Omni Roast, it develops a balanced, rounded profile as filter coffee, while its vibrant fruitiness and range of flavors stand out especially clearly as espresso.
