FAIR & FRIENDLY Coffee Mild - von Ashton & Jules
With this coffee, the coffee farmers receive a fair price for their coffee beans. The mild variety is particularly soft, low in acid and a real luxury specialty among fair coffees. Thanks to the special low-temperature process, the beans are particularly aromatic, because instead of exposing them to the usual shock heat, we roast them for almost four times as long at much lower temperatures. Everything else is a closely guarded trade secret.
