Our decaffeinated. We like to call it "Il Caffè dei Golosi" and we worked hard to make it not "the coffee that doesn't taste like coffee." We succeeded. Making this blend, to get the result we wanted, was difficult: the most popular coffees were used. aromatic herbs to mitigate the effects of the decaffeination treatment and keep the taste sweet and full.
