Description

El Salvador SHG

El Salvador SHG has the typical characteristics of Central American coffees: light body, fragrant, aromatic, balanced and with low acidity. A coffee with sweet but slightly pungent hints, which refer to coriander honey, leaving an aftertaste of dried fruit. “SHG” (Strictly High Grown) means that it is a coffee grown at a height of over 1200 meters: the higher the altitude, the better the quality. Pure Origin, available in the 250g bag in beans, is ideal for those who love to taste coffee in different preparations, from mocha to filter, from espresso to aeropress.
