Description

  • Origin: China
  • Region: GuiBen
  • Farms: Smallholder farms
  • Tasting notes: Orange Bitters - Raspberry - Creamy Cashews
  • Process: Natural
  • Cup Score: 85.75

The smallholder farmers producing this coffee work with Yunnan Coffee Traders, an exporting company founded in 2013 with a focus on bringing Yunnan coffee to the global specialty coffee scene.

Yunnan Coffee Traders work closely with farmers across the region, including introducing less commonly used and experimental processing methods to help make the most of the excellent growing conditions in Yunnan.

The coffee is imported by IndoChina, a London-based, family-run company specialising in coffees from across Asia. They work closely with their producing and exporting partners and are committed to fairly rewarding the communities behind the coffees they import.
