In the mountains of Cajamarca, Peru, Saul Rivasplaa grows coffee with deep respect for his surroundings and the region’s coffee-growing traditions. At Finca El Lion, each harvest reflects meticulous farm work and careful processing that brings out the origin’s full potential.
