Terroir: This coffee is produced by the Coopérative Agricole de Fruits Écologique in an exceptional growing region (between 1,400 and 1,900 meters above sea level). The coffee trees are grown with respect for the environment, in the shade of tall trees and using natural fertilizers. We pay coffee growers a price well above their production costs, so this coffee is Fair Trade certified.
