Almost a third of the world’s coffee is grown in Brazil. Coffee plantations range in altitude from 400 to 1,600 meters above sea level, with harvest taking place from May through September. Brazil’s best coffee generally has low acidity, and the moderate intensity of its notes and flavor makes it an ideal choice for various blends.Manufaktura Brazilian coffee beans are a slightly acidic Arabica with a medium body.
