Fond memories were made over coffee, even sharing a cup with the esteemed Alfred Peet down the street at Le Figaro Café on the corner of McDougal & Bleecker.

Our blend, a carefully curated mix of Natural and Washed Arabicas with a hint of Wet Polished Robusta, captures the essence of those cherished times. Every coffee bean is hand-roasted with precision and allowed to rest overnight before being expertly blended according to our time-honored recipe.
